100 cubic feet is about 748 gallons. Bills are issued quarterly and include three months of base charges and surcharge. Usage blocks are applied to each month's usage.
Capital improvement surcharge
Schedule 5 of the tariff adds a surcharge of $5.15 per month per connection to pay for an engineering study of the water system. Under UTC Order 01 it ends on July 1, 2027, or sooner once $5,915.86 in study costs, interest and taxes has been recovered.
